FUTURE PLANS

This plan will provide two marginal wharfs facing each other across the turning basin, one for the cargo berths and another for the passenger berths, and the tourism zone including marina area will be developed east to north east of the commercial port zone.

In addition, from the beginning of the port development, the general cargo berths and the passenger berths will be able to function independently without incurring the additional dregding for the turning basin area. The volume balance between dregding and reclamation can be well met, leaving no idle land even in the initial stage of port development

The general cargo berth will be expanded northward, as the traffic increases, while the passenger berths will also expand northwards depending on the traffic requirements. The tourism zone will also be able to extend eastwards without blocking other port developments.
