Tide Mark
  :  Predictions are referred to chart datum 130 CMS below MSL. The tide table issued by Indonesian Navy, Hydrooceanography Div. Low Water Spring (LWS) at the Kade Timur and the Navigational Channel is : – 9 meters; at Kade Selatan is : – 6 meters. During the year, the lowest tide is 10 CMS, the highest 270 CM. The characteristic of the tide is mix semi diurnal

Wave and Tide
   :  Wave under normal condition : its very small affection of the wind to making waves inside the harbour. The wind velocity of less than 5 knots generates the swells maximum 20 CM height. At the entrance RWVS bouy with the distance approximately 2,5 NM off shore. Wave under abnormal condition : wind velocity is 15 knots or more generates the wave to 30 – 150 CMS height at the entrance sea bouy. This condition shows the rough sea.

At the navigational channel both flooding and ebbing tide the current goes by the zigzag direction, the maximum velocity is 3 knots. In side the harbour, the current maximum is  2,5 knots.
